Ware Malcomb was Architect of Record for 5 industrial and office condominium buildings in Etobicoke. The buildings are two-storey with 58 units total. Made using a hollow core slab structural system, Block A was designed in a colored brick and includes an abundance of windows to provide ample natural light to each unit. Entrances are marked by black fabric canopies with silver lettering and there is also an underground parking garage. The project was designed on a brown field site with nearby transit routes.
