33 New Montgomery

Landlord Architect for 241,000 SF high rise office building.  Ware Malcomb provided interior design and tenant planning services for the 1,900 SF lobby and common areas, along with select tenant improvements and speculative suites.

The two-story lobby atrium was updated with select finishes while maintaining the historic look and feel of the building. The reception desk was reclad, and new flooring and furniture were installed. A textured feature wall was also added behind the reception desk.

To enhance 33 New Montgomery’s curb appeal, exterior improvements included a new stainless steel awning with the address number “33” cut out and LED back lit with adjustable colored lights.
