Biography

Tom brings over 25 years of design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Regional Principal, Tom is responsible for the overall leadership of the Northwest Region, including the Pleasanton, San Francisco and Seattle offices, and the expansion of the civil engineering practice firmwide.

As a Registered Professional Engineer in over 30 states, Tom is experienced in all facets of civil engineering and land surveying including project management, site planning and development, entitlement procurement and value engineering. Tom is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute, and Home Builders Association. He has worked on a variety of project types including office, commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and public.
