Biography

As Vice President, Operations, Radwan is responsible for firmwide operations, mentorship and coaching of regional operations leaders, oversight of Ware Malcomb’s production studios and a member of the Executive Team. A licensed architect with over 20 years of architectural design experience, he will be involved in all major decisions, and ensures the project is executed at the highest level of quality.

Radwan has worked on a wide variety of architectural projects including office, residential, education, industrial and renovation. His depth of experience includes project management, client communication, schematic design, design development, contract documents and construction administration. Radwan is an active member of the Los Angeles chapters of SIOR and NAIOP.
