Biography

Mili has been involved in the industry since 2005. As Director, Interior Design, Mili is responsible for design excellence, growth, management, and mentorship of the Interior Design Studio and an integral partner within the overall Design Studio leadership team.

Mili’s expertise and client & people focused mindset are invaluable. Mili enjoys working closely with clients to develop environments that are authentic reflections of their businesses and cultures. Her experience working with multiple cultures such as China, India, Sweden, Brazil, and Peru, helps her to understand the needs of international clients, markets, and work styles.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Mili received a Bachelor of Architecture from Ricardo Palma University, Lima, and a Master of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley where she also taught an architectural studio. She is an active member of AIA and former board member of IIDA SoCal Student Affairs Committee.
