Biography

As Vice President and member of Ware Malcomb’s Executive Team, Matt is responsible for the overall leadership of the Denver office. His responsibilities include client development, staff management and overseeing all projects for the Denver office.

A Licensed Architect in 8 states, Matt has experience in all facets of architecture and has worked on a wide variety of commercial office, manufacturing, industrial, distribution, technology, and retail projects. He has a depth of experience in architectural master planning, site planning, project management, design development, contract documents, contract administration, city entitlement processing and code research.

Matt was a speaker and panelist at the Colorado Real Estate Journal Distressed Real Estate Market Summit, giving a presentation on Repositioning Real Estate Through Design. Matt is a member of NAIOP and SIOR.
