Biography
Joe brings over 25 years of extensive design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team with a highly developed expertise in design firm management, project and personnel leadership, business development, and contract administration. As Regional Director, he leads all operations, business development pursuits and professional practice management for the Atlanta office. Joe has experience with complex, mixed-use buildings with a representative portfolio of successfully delivered multifamily, commercial, hospitality, medical office and educational projects.
