Biography

Jonathan’s extensive design expertise includes architectural design, master planning, and research. His experience encompasses all aspects of architecture including corporate office buildings, high tech, industrial, medical facilities, and retail projects.

As Principal, Jonathan is responsible for the leadership of the Seattle office. He is also responsible for client relationships and client development. Jonathan has a depth of experience in architectural master planning, site planning, project management, design development, contract documents, contract administration, city entitlement processing and code research. With knowledge in all project phases from initiation to execution, Jonathan has experience in projects both nationally and internationally.

Jonathan is a graduate of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group program, designed to develop and connect emerging leaders in the real estate industry.
