Biography

Jessica brings over 13 years of accounting expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director of Accounting, Jessica is responsible for the operations of the accounting and contracts teams and provides strategic direction and oversight of revenue policies & procedures, work processes and operations with the goal of improving efficiency and accuracy.

Jessica’s role involves supervising project budgets and consultant fees, overseeing contract negotiations and all project accounting functions including contracts, accounts receivable, and billing.
