Biography

Ilyes brings over 20 years of architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Associate Principal, Resource Services,  Ilyes is responsible for leading and overseeing The Production Studios, dedicated in-house production teams that specialize in contract documents and support all of Ware Malcomb’s offices.

Ilyes’ experience includes the production of contract documents, code analysis, project detailing, working drawings and consultant coordination. His’ in-depth knowledge includes Building Information Modeling (BIM) using the most current versions of Revit and BIM360, as well as some entry level Dynamo scripting.  Ilyes has worked on a variety of project types including retail, corporate office, high-rise buildings, industrial/distribution, multi-level warehouse, healthcare, entertainment and residential related projects.
