Biography

Frances has been involved in the industry since 1995 and has assisted in the design and delivery of approximately 20 million square feet of space across North America and overseas. As Director, Interior Architecture & Design, Frances leads the growth and management of the Interior Architecture & Design studio for the Dallas office and brings her passion for workplace strategy and problem-solving to the team. Frances is a long-time member of the CoreNet Global North Texas chapter and currently serves on the Executive Board as Chair Elect.

With a keen understanding of the business of her clients and deep and personal investment in their success, Frances provides support and guidance at every stage of project delivery including real estate and portfolio strategy, visioning, programming, space planning, design, consultant coordination, construction documentation, contract administration, and post-occupancy evaluation. Frances has worked on a wide range of interior design projects, including commercial office, national accounts, program rollout, asset repositioning, sports and entertainment, lifestyle and hospitality, healthcare, education, and government.
