Biography

Ed brings over 15 years of civil engineering experience to the Ware Malcomb team. As Civil Engineering Manager, he is responsible for the growth, revenue, profitability, staff management and overall client relationships in the northeast region.  His enthusiasm and efficiency make him a valuable member of our team.

Ed’s experience includes greenfield development and brownfield redevelopment across the residential, retail, self-storage, industrial, senior living and marine terminal asset classes. He is highly proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D 2019, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS and remains fluent in the latest land use regulations. Ed is also the President of the Central Jersey branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
