Biography
Cynthia brings over 20 years of workplace strategy experience to the Ware Malcomb team, delivering human centered, experience-based work environments. Responsible for leading the firm’s workplace strategy practice across all regions, she partners with clients to formulate their unique objectives: mindful of wellness, social responsibility, talent strategy, the workforce ecosystem and measures for success.
Her team’s scope of work spans from pre-lease data driven decision making, to robust change communications plans, to multiple workplace performance assessments supporting a wide variety of projects from enterprise-wide portfolios to single occupiers. Enhancing user experience and delivering agile work environments that support business demands are outcomes of the Ware Malcomb workplace strategy practice. Cynthia has held roles as the consultant and the occupier. In addition, she has presented her research at peer reviewed conferences, held adjunct faculty positions and served on juries and editorial review teams.
