Chris has been involved in the industry since 1995 and provides architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Design Manager, he is responsible for design concept, project design and coordination development and designing proper detailing for projects. Chris also understands the business goals of clients, which influences value analysis behind each design decision. He is involved in the commercial real estate industry and is an active member of NAIOP. Chris excels in providing a wide spectrum of innovative and sustainable design solutions custom tailored for each client. He has worked on a wide variety of project types including multistory distribution, industrial, multifamily, healthcare and education across several continents.
