Biography

Chris brings 26 years of architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team.  As Regional Director, Chris is responsible for the overall growth and management of the Houston office. Active in the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Chris is serving as the current President of AIA Houston for 2020.

Chris has extensive knowledge in multifaceted and complex projects ranging from master planning, programming, design, documentation, construction, assessment and renovation in all market segments.  Chris has enjoyed success providing architectural services through realizing projects that are mindful of the environment and sensitive to budget expectations.  His professional, confident demeaner often make him the levelheaded voice of reason during project discussions contributing to the successful delivery to client satisfaction.  He has worked on a variety of project types including corporate office, financial, industrial, hospitality and education.
