Biography

Brian brings over 35 years of architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Regional Director, he oversees all aspects of architecture, interior architecture, and client relationships for the San Diego offices. Brian is heavily involved with on-going communication, coordination of architectural and interior architecture design, as well as on-site project supervision that includes consultant, contractor and vendor coordination. As a licensed architect, he works as the primary client contact to lead design requirements and solutions from conceptual development to documentation and implantation of design into a final product that makes a difference for his clients.

Brian has worked closely with sophisticated public and private sector clients and is committed to empowering people through business intelligence-based design. He continues to lead many significant Southern California projects and has also led national task forces on law firm design as a part of his firm’s Global Leadership Committee, speaking at IFMA’s inaugural Industry Forum on the topic “Current Trends in Real Estate Planning and Design,” as well as more recently working as the driving force in re-positioning tired assets into leading class buildings.
