Biography

Bill brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Ware Malcomb team. As Principal, Bill is responsible for overseeing the interior design studio for the Northeast Region, including New York, Newark and Princeton. He is also responsible for building client relationships, client development, and growing the regional presence of Ware Malcomb in the Northeast Region.

He uses innovative, efficient methods to execute successful projects from inception through completion. Bill has worked on a variety of cutting-edge projects in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut as well as other cities nationally and internationally. These projects include retail, corporate office, renovation, technology, publishing and media projects. He is an active member of CoreNet and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Bill also is a founding member of the Knights of York and a Board Member of National Hispanic Business Group.
