We wanted to provide you an update as to how Ware Malcomb is responding to the COVID-19 challenge. The health and safety of our team members, and the continuity of the design services we provide our clients are of utmost importance.

We activated and are executing our Emergency Management plan. Some of the ways we are proactively managing this rapidly changing situation are:

We are currently limiting all non-essential business travel to protect our team members and our clients. Essential travel for specific project meetings or new project opportunities will be approved on a case by case basis. We know many of our clients and industry partners have the same policies.

We are encouraging our team members to follow CDC and local health guidelines for their health and well-being.

Our technology platforms are robust and support our continued operation and work to meet your project requirements and deadlines. Ware Malcomb has a secure VPN and strong Cloud platform to support our operations. We are encouraging all meetings to take place via video conferencing.

Planning & Permits
We are communicating with our local jurisdictions to keep projects moving forward.

Remote Work
All WM team members are now working remotely. Our company is already built around a flexible work platform with remote support, so this action is not new to us.

At Ware Malcomb, we will continue to utilize best practices to keep our team members safe. Our team is ready to continue to support our client’s needs through this challenging time.
