Ware Malcomb Warriors Reach for the Cure for PCRF
For the 3rd year in a row, the Ware Malcomb Warriors planned, trained, fundraised, biked, and ran/walked for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation Reaching for the Cure Run & Ride! We are proud to share that our team raised over $6,000.00 for PCRF!
The team held fundraisers that included: a Bake Sale, Mini Golf Tournament, Salad Bar, Restaurant Fundraisers at Veggie Grill and Slater’s 50/50, as well as the Ware Malcomb Day Off Raffle.
The Ware Malcomb Warriors recruited 59 team members who participated in a bicycle tour on Saturday, and the Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k Race or Walk on Sunday! Great job team!!

We are happy that our efforts will contribute to the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation’s mission to help improve the care, quality of life and survival rate of children with malignant diseases. 80% of all funds raised by PCRF go directly to research.
