Ware Malcomb Captures the Spirit of Rock ‘n Roll

wm | phoenix put their design expertise to good use when Fender Musical Instruments entered the market for a new corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Seeking a space that consolidated its employees while also reflecting the guitar legend’s celebrated history, Fender Musical Instruments collaborated with Ware Malcomb to design a new 110,000 square foot office building that deserves a standing ovation!

The new space is a two story office building that is centered around an enclosed atrium. Boasting two 35-foot-high Stratocaster and Telecaster guitar wall murals, the space uses architecture and design to pay homage to Fender Musical Instruments’ brand. Famous musicians and celebrity guitars fittingly line the walls and columns of the space, encompassing the offices, conference rooms, café, kitchen, showroom, sound room, and built-in stages used for impromptu jam sessions and information meetings.

The well-executed design sings Fender’s praises loud and clear and has drawn the attention of Interior Design Magazine, who showcased the headquarters in full detail in an online feature.
