New Office Space Designed for Bolar Hirsch & Jennings LLP

Ware Malcomb’s interior architecture and design studio recently provided design services for Bolar Hirsch & Jennings LLP, a prominent Orange County CPA firm. www.bhjllp.com

Ware Malcomb provided tenant improvement services for 4,500 SF of common space within Bolar Hirsch & Jennings’ 17,000 SF office including reception, conference rooms, open office, multi-purpose/break room and kitchenette. Bolar Hirsch and Jennings’ goal was to refresh and update their space incorporating technological advancements, while maintaining their traditional brand image.

Working within existing conditions, Ware Malcomb’s design solution included new stone flooring, branded graphics wall, audio-visual millwork walls in the conference room, reception desk, and furniture.
