Grateful and Optimistic for 2013
2012 has been a very good year for Ware Malcomb.
There were many exciting accomplishments, challenges and honors this year:
- Ware Malcomb celebrated its 40th Anniversary in 2012.
- We were invited to participate in, and won, an honorable mention in NAIOP’s Office Building of the Future National Design Competition.
- WM Chicago was named Architect of the Year by the local NAIOP chapter.
- We continued our strong re-growth which began last year, expanded our team, added and promoted key executives, and increased billings by 20%.
- We were awarded over a dozen new distribution facilities for Fortune 500 companies across North America, all over 1 million SF.
- We are excited to be working in Canada, Latin America, Europe, China, and Saudi Arabia.
We are fortunate to have amazing employees who have helped make this year a great success.
We are optimistic for the opportunities in 2013, and are grateful for those provided to us by our fantastic clients, business partners and colleagues.
