Ware Malcomb’s Graphic Design Studio, wm | graphics, was recognized with two awards in the Printing Industry Association of the South (PIAS) Graphic Awards Competition for their work designing the 2014 Price List for 9to5 Seating. The Printing Industry Association of the South is a non-profit trade association, dedicated to assisting the entire industry to continue to expand in the region and help the industry prosper. The Best of Category and the Award of Excellence accolades were awarded to the 2014 Price List. The printer of the winning piece was V.G. Reed & Sons, Inc.

9to5 Seating is a vertically integrated manufacturer, specializing in the design and production of ergonomic office seating to accommodate the rigorous demands of today’s office environments, founded in 1982.

The wm | graphics studio was established in 2006 and has since grown to perform work for clients across all of Ware Malcomb’s offices in North America. Graphic design services include corporate identity, logo design, website, print and digital marketing materials, branded environments, interior and exterior signage and more. The studio also creates all of Ware Malcomb’s marketing graphics.

Ware Malcomb’s first project for 9to5 Seating included architectural, interior, and graphic design services for their new 100,000 SF build to suit corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Hawthorne, California.  wm | graphics designed branded graphics to integrate into the interior design solutions and signage featuring the sustainable design aspects of the facility and 9to5 Seating’s “Green Practices” to assist in achieving LEED® Gold certification for the building.  wm | graphics also designed 9to5 Seating’s website including an interactive LEED educational section and full product catalog.

Following the build-to-suit project, 9to5 engaged wm | graphics to design their entire printed product catalog including product brochures and the award-winning 2014 Price List. Ware Malcomb also designed branded graphics for a new Chicago-based showroom, and print collateral to launch 9to5 Seating’s award-winning Cydia chair.  Wm | graphics continues to provide graphic design services for 9to5 Seating.
