Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

We believe our success rests in the hands of our people and their commitment to the future. To help spur innovation, creativity, and philanthropy, we have cultivated an environment of diversity and are actively committed to purposeful change.

Our people are so important to our success. Our core values include providing opportunities for all team members to grow their careers at Ware Malcomb, to have a voice, and to feel included.

Our open culture promotes diversity, equity and inclusion which cultivates innovation and creativity. We believe robust viewpoints and equal opportunities provide better ideas, a healthy workplace and more connected teams.

We aspire to have our people, processes and actions reflect the diverse communities that we serve.

Ware Malcomb’s DEI Team is spearheading a variety of initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion education and training, community outreach, communication and events.

We are a proud member of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). This partnership offers an incredible opportunity to expand DEI efforts in several areas including recruiting, community outreach and more.

Since 1979, we have offered scholarships and internships that provide expanded academic and career development opportunities to students based on need and talent.

The following programs exemplify our commitment, among others:
