They deliver sustainable design solutions to meet specific goals for your project, as well as local jurisdiction requirements.
We offer three levels of green solutions:
sustainable design - Incorporate sustainable design elements and renewable material options into the project design, without seeking LEED Certification.
LEED design - Provide a design solution utilizing sustainable design principles as followed by the USGBC or CGBC to pursue project LEED Certification.
LEED management - Offer in-house LEED Consultant and Management services. We manage the LEED Certification process from orchestration of the design team, through the follow-up of construction implementation, to final submission and approval by the USGBC or CGBC.
